User Experience (UX) Strategy
We achieved a demonstrably positive User Experience (UX) by delivering strategic enhancements that directly addressed the identified needs and pain points of the target audience. Our approach began with comprehensive research, which included detailed surveys, SWOT analysis, and a thorough study of audience types. This insight was then translated into a robust Information Architecture (IA). The IA functioned as a strategic blueprint, explicitly outlining the content hierarchy, essential navigation, features, and interactions designed to mimic and support natural user behaviour.
The resulting wireframes and prototypes were meticulously crafted from this blueprint, ensuring the Sijilat website and portal met core standards for being responsive, accessible, usable, and highly engaging.
User Interface (UI) Design
Boxon's UI designers transformed the wireframes and prototypes developed by the UX team into a high-fidelity, functional, interactive website. They implemented enhancements that included a consistent style guide and iconography system, locally inspired vector illustrations to humanised business guides and help pages, SEO- and printer-friendly designs, and a well-structured, documented codebase to enable smooth integration and support future scalability.
Sijilat's corporate portal inspires trust and professionalism through its rich colours, modern fonts, and bold typefaces. The portal's design guide, including clear CTA buttons, service cards with legible descriptions, minimalistic icons, and color-coded notifications, and other design elements, further facilitate user interactions and streamline process workflows. The corporate website was transformed into a comprehensive, knowledge-driven hub for business owners and investors.
