Modernising Heritage: The American Mission Hospital Brand Facelift

Overview

Founded in 1903, AMH Bahrain represents a rare blend of historical relevance and modern healthcare delivery, positioning itself as one of the Gulf region’s oldest and most trusted not-for-profit medical institutions. Moreover, AMH acts as a bridge between world-class international medical expertise and local medical education through two distinct, high-level partnerships with Mayo Clinic and the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI).

The Challenge

Marking 120 years of healthcare leadership, American Mission Hospital required a strategic brand evolution. The challenge lay in modernizing a storied heritage to reflect cutting-edge medical innovation which also supported its most ambitious project - the prestigious, state-of-the-art King Hamad American Mission Hospital in A’ali. The new identity had to bridge the gap between a century of trusted service and a future-focused, premium healthcare experience.
