Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Bahrain

Strategic Branding for Real Estate Trust & Transparency

Overview

The rapid urbanisation and accelerated growth of the Kingdom of Bahrain necessitated a robust regulatory authority for the real estate sector. In response to this need, the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) was officially established in 2017 under the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

RERA's primary objective is to deliver effective and fair regulation within the real estate market, promoting economic growth and investment in Bahrain while safeguarding consumer rights. The authority plays a crucial role in ensuring that the real estate industry in Bahrain aligns with international best practices and provides professional services in a transparent manner.

The Challenge

Prior to the authority’s establishment in 2018, the real estate sector in Bahrain was complex to navigate. RERA’s mission to facilitate all such processes and build credibility within its target audience had to be backed by a solid, professional brand that would be communicated clearly to all its stakeholders.

The Solutions

Boxon strategically built RERA's comprehensive brand platform, crafting a distinctive identity, impactful advertising, and a user-friendly website to firmly position it as Bahrain's trusted, transparent real estate guardian.
